Yixing Huayuan Electrician Equipment Ltd. is engaged in the manufacture of electrical equipment such as MOA, Rod composite insulator, ac decline high voltage fuse, CT, and switch. Our company has a staff of up to 100 people, including 20 engineers and 6 skillful technical persons. Our company covers a total area of 42 thousand square meters, has up to 50 sets of production and testing devices and 13 million yuan assets. Our main products include MOA for 0.22~220kV System, composite insulator for 10~500kV System and ac decline high voltage fuses for 10~35kV System. Our yearly turnover achieves 50 million yuan.
At the beginning of 80’’s, manufacturing technique of ZnO varistor was introduced from Xian Electroceramic Research Institute (XECRI). For ten years, our company has always been engaged in manufacturing MOA and cooperating with XECRI and obtaining enough experience. Our manufacturing proceedings are very advanced. We are using imported facilities for ZnO resistor processing, spray dryer for varistor processing and injecting molding machine for composite insulator manufacturing.
Testing equipments for leave factory test are self-contained, including 8/20us impulse current circuit, 1.2/50us impulse voltage circuit, 0~600A, 2ms rectangular circuit, 0~400kV D.C measurement apparatus, 4/10us 100kA large current surge circuit, 0~1000A 2ms rectangular flowing capacity test group circuit and negative voltage leak hunting device. We are equipped with 500kV Perm. a.c. and 1400kV impulse test device, and imported oscillograph and curve graph plotter.
In recent years, our company has been devoted to perfecting manufacturing arts and crafts and product quality has been largely improved. Our Insulator for 500kV and under and MOA for 220kV and under have been identified by Jiangshu Power Corporation and have received certification of entering power network. In December, 1998, our company became the commendatory corporation of the first urban and country power system modification by Economy and Trade Committee and received the sales license from State Power Corporation of China.
Our company is a member of China Electric Equipment Industrial Committee. In 2002, our company was awarded the titles of "Wuxi Advanced Technique Corporation" and "Jiangshu Science and Technology Corporation". We have implemented ISO9001:2000 quality guarantee system standard. Our quality policy is "pursue excellent character for ever".
